AINS System 311 automates the
registration, management and resolution of high volume, diverse and
multifaceted non-emergency requests.
The importance of 311 non-emergency systems has increased dramatically
since the tragedy of September 11 (9-11). By diverting non-emergency
calls (non-life threatening and not requiring an immediate response),
from 911 to 311, first responders can react faster to true emergencies.
